How do I make a reservation for my pet?

Our kennel facilities often fill up during the busy holiday season, so please call our clinic early to make your reservations.

For the New Boarding Client Form, please click here. You can either print out the form and bring it with you on your next visit to the clinic, or you can send us a PDF via email at countrysidevetandfeed@gmail.com.

When can I drop off my pet?

You may drop off your pets at any time during normal business hours:

Monday-Friday, 8am - 5pm

Saturday, 8:30am - 1:30pm

What do I need to bring when I bring my pet in for boarding?

When you come for boarding, you’ll need:

- Emergency contact information

- Medical records: Please have medical records faxed ahead of time for a speedy check-in

- Medications if needed

We recommend that you also bring:

- Food (individual serving in ziploc bags with name on them) ensures that your dog is getting the correct amount and this way your dog will not get loose stools from switching to our food while being boarded here.

- Treats (also available for purchase at Countryside)

What are the required vaccinations/treatment for boarding?

Required Vaccinations:

Dogs: Rabies, Distemper (DHPP), Bordetella (canine kennel cough)

Cats: Rabies, Feline Distemper (FVRCP),

All guests: Fecal Test (negative, within the last year)

Recommended Tests:

Dogs: Heartworm Test

Cats: Feline leukemia test

We can administer these to your pet during their stay with us if you prefer. We do require that you bring documentation of your pet’s vaccinations if given elsewhere or we will happily call your current veterinarian to verify them. Animals dropped off with fleas or other parasites will be treated for an additional charge.
